Refunds are only offered if your item arrives damaged or ruined during shipping. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.
Refunds are not offered for sizing issues, change of mind.
Exchanges:
If your item arrives and its too big or too small, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same design and product, just in a different size.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Exchange request must be submitter within 14 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the sizing issue was due to production error on our end.
