1. Custom Orders

• All items are made-to-order and customized per customer request.

• By placing an order, you agree that processing begins immediately, and changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

• Design Mock-Ups:

• One complimentary mock-up is included with each custom order.

• Requests for 2 or more mock-ups, or 3 design variations, will incur a design fee billed at $15 per hour.

• Design work begins once the hourly fee has been paid, and no final production will start until the design is approved by the customer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

• Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:

• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

• Order Not Received: If your package is lost in shipping and tracking confirms non-delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design dissatisfaction once production has started.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for the same design originally purchased if:

• The item is returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are only available for different sizes of the same design.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a production error.

5. Production Time

• Standard production time varies depending on order volume but typically ranges from [insert range, e.g., 7–14 business days].

• Rush orders may be available upon request and approval.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and artwork created by [Your Business Name] remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
